When ordering, please specify:
- additions/changes to the drawing (if necessary)
- Order production time is 5-7 days
- Urgent orders (1-2 days) + 20% of the cost
- Possible delivery options:
- pickup (Westport, Ireland)
- standard shipping in Ireland
- delivery to anywhere in the world at your expense
If a defect is found in a product, I am always ready to replace it, fix it, or return the money (provided that the damage was not your fault).
If the customer is from another city/country, I can either return the money (but all postal costs are paid by the customer), or also make a replacement.
If for some reason you do not like the order, a return is possible, but the cost of materials will be retained.
In all cases, you must report the problem and make a return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.
