When ordering, please specify:
- color
- additions/changes to the drawing (if necessary)
- Author’s drawing. NOT a print
- Painting with a special solution on fabric, the drawing does not wash off
- Can be washed by hand or in a washing machine
- Each product is made by hand, so there will be slight differences in the painting
- The drawing can be ordered on different items, such as a sweatshirt, T-shirt, tote bag
- Order production time is 5-7 days
- Urgent orders (1-2 days) + 20% of the cost

If a defect is found in a product, I am always ready to replace it, fix it, or return the money (provided that the damage was not your fault).
If the customer is from another city/country, I can either return the money (but all postal costs are paid by the customer), or also make a replacement.
If for some reason you do not like the order, a return is possible, but the cost of materials will be retained.
In all cases, you must report the problem and make a return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order.
